Can I view the bags before purchasing?

Most certainly! We welcome all customers to a 1-on-1 private viewing at our showroom in Central West, Singapore. All customers are received strictly on appointment basis only. Please contact us at least one day in advance to confirm an appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Check out via our website for PayNow / bank transfer options.

For payment via credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), please contact us to arrange for payment at our showroom. A 3% surcharge applies.

For WeChat Pay and Alipay options, please contact us directly. Surcharge applies.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer both 6- and 12-month payment plans with OCBC, DBS and HSBC. Please contact us directly to arrange. Charges apply.

Orders & Delivery (Singapore)

How do I place an order?

Check out via our website directly for PayNow / bank transfer options. You will receive payment instructions on the check out page. You will also receive a Whatsapp containing payment instructions from us within 12 hours of successful order placement.

What will come with my purchase?

All accessories included with your purchase are listed respectively on each product page. If you would like to request for an extra Reverie Boutique paper bag or dustbag, do let us know.

How will my order be delivered and when can I expect delivery?

We offer complimentary doorstep delivery within Singapore. Once payment is received, we will drop you a Whatsapp confirming your preferred delivery date and time. Deliveries are usually scheduled 2 - 3 working days after payment is received.

Do you offer self collection?

You are welcome to self collect at our showroom in Central West, Singapore any day of the week. Do drop us a message regarding your preferred date and time and we will advise accordingly.

Can I request for an exchange or a refund for my order?

All sales are final and we do not accept any forms of exchanges or refunds.

Can I reserve a product?

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required for a reservation period of 5 working days. If balance is not received at the end of reservation period, deposit will be forfeited and item will be released for sale again on all our channels.

Orders & Shipping (International)

How do I place an order?

If you are an overseas buyer, please email us at sales@reverieboutiquesg.com and we will issue you an e-invoice for your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa / Mastercard, as well as WeChat Pay and Alipay. A 3% surcharge applies.

We also accept bank transfers for USD, EUR, AUD, JPY and THB. Please contact us directly for details.

Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

We partner with DHL for all international deliveries and ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and come with tracking and signature upon delivery. For accurate quotations on shipping cost and delivery duration for your country, please contact sales@reverieboutiquesg.com.

How will my order be delivered and how long can I expect my order to reach me?

Your order will be sent within 2 working days after payment confirmation. We ship via DHL Express and as a general rule of thumb, allow 2 - 4 working days for delivery to major cities, subject to customs clearance of your country. What about duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes will be borne by recipient. Custom tax policies vary from country to country and we are unable to control or amend the policies implemented. We will not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, charges or damages occuring from delay of delivery.
